Plant Explosion Survivor Explains Why His Experience With Zehl & Associates Was Unbelievable

VIDEO POSTER

The explosion was the worst day of my life. It started off as a normal day, but I thought I was going to lose my life. All I could think about was my kids. My life flashed before my eyes, and I thought for sure I was dead.

I was going to check on my guys, and when I went to cross underneath the pipe rack, I heard a big boom. I looked up and saw insulation flying. I turned and ran, and suddenly everything was on fire. My only goal was to get out alive. It didn’t seem possible, but somehow I made it. It was chaos—people running everywhere, hanging off pipes, trying to escape. It was like something out of a movie.

The company only cared about saving money and avoiding as much trouble as possible. They weren’t worried about us—they were worried about covering themselves. Their main goal was to cover it up and stay out of trouble. I had to protect myself and my two kids. I realized I either needed to hire a lawyer or risk losing everything.

At first, I hired a lawyer out of Louisiana, but he didn’t do anything. He nearly cost me my entire case by waiting until the last minute to tell me he couldn’t help. That’s when I turned to Zehl & Associates. They had far more experience with this type of case, and that played a big role in my decision.

I knew Zehl & Associates weren’t afraid to stand up against big companies—unlike my previous lawyer. They had the resources and determination to take the case all the way and get it done. My experience with them was unbelievable. From the very first phone call, they showed they cared. If I had a question, they responded quickly—emails and calls were answered within minutes.

You often hear people say lawyers don’t care, but everyone I dealt with at Zehl & Associates truly cared, from top to bottom. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Hopefully, no one else ever has to go through what I went through—but if they do, the first call they should make is to Zehl & Associates.
