Andrew Poe – Trial Lawyer

Andrew joined Zehl & Associates with nearly three years of pre-litigation experience and a proven record of negotiating favorable settlements for injured clients, driven by a deep commitment to standing up for people who’ve been wronged by the negligence of others.

A native of the Rio Grande Valley, Andrew is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to advocate for clients and their families in the language they know best. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history, with a minor in Business Administration, from Texas A&M University, then got his first taste of the courtroom working for the Hidalgo County Criminal District Attorney’s Office before committing to law full time.

Andrew went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University, where he served as a Telephone Access to Justice advocate with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, guiding low-income Texans through the legal system and connecting the most urgent cases with the attorneys who could take them on. Since being licensed in 2023, Andrew has devoted his practice to pre-litigation, working directly with clients and insurance adjusters to resolve cases efficiently and secure maximum recoveries.

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with friends and family.
