Last year 2024, I was involved in a serious, total loss, 18 wheeler wreck right before Easter. I contacted the Houston truck accident attorneys at Zehl & Associates on a Saturday afternoon and later on that day, a Case Manager Valentina was calling me to go over what had occurred during the Traffic collision and to advise me on whether I had a solid case. After discussing my incident, Valentina thoroughly explained what my next steps would be and Ryan Zehl covered in detail the contract to retain Zehl & Associates as my attorneys. Once the documents were signed Valentina took over my case from there. He explained from beginning to end what was needed from me to complete this process from needed therapy to getting necessary medications, etc. I was even able to retain a rental car for several weeks even though that was not part of my coverage! It took about 6 months to wrap up my case and get the full limit insurance payout. From day one to the final signing for my check, Valentina and other associates were always very responsive, even same day, but never over 24 hrs... For any questions, uncertainties, or follow ups that I had. So in conclusion, I highly recommend Zehl & Associates, and Valentina, to anyone feeling that they need attorney assistance.
